About PNG to JPG Converter
Use our PNG to JPG converter when you need a standard JPEG file for a form, email attachment, image library or older application. Select a PNG image, choose an output quality level when available, and export the JPG directly in your browser. JPEG works well for many photographs and may produce smaller files than PNG, particularly for complex pictures. It does not support transparent pixels, so transparent parts of a PNG will be filled with a solid background rather than remaining transparent. JPEG is also lossy, which means sharp text, logos and fine graphic edges may show artifacts at lower quality settings. For screenshots or designs that require transparency, keep PNG instead. Compare the preview and output size before downloading, and always retain your original PNG when further editing may be needed.
